The PS3 has a save glitch with FF 5 - at least the black disc version.
HAHA oh well time to figure out another way to play this game that does not break every time I try to save.
Yeah that bug is the worst. The PS1 port was just terrible. My suggestion? If you’re willing to emulate, emulate either the original(fan translated) or the GBA version(official translation). Much better translations, and no save glitches.

Cynthia is a cutie pie and she inherited some very good skills from Chrom and the first time I actually used her she dodged stuff right and left and I was like “Damn girl!”
Inigo is squishy. Also I stg the writers for the localization made a Princess Bride joke by having him call girls “buttercup”. It’s also cute that he wants to be a dancer like his mom :’3
Gerome is everything I expected from someone being described as Fire Emblem Batman. What a badass. It was pretty funny hearing him call Minerva “Minervykins” like his mom tho. Also the fact his dad is pretty tough may bode well for his further usefulness.
Also, I maxed out Morgan and Stahl’s supports and it was so cuuuute ;w; He finally remembered his dad!
